Kelly Lebahn RDH, EFDA, PMP
Chief Operating Officer
Kelly graduated in 2004 from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene and EFDA certification. She took a break from dentistry to start her own software company and received her Project Management Professional certification in 2016. After being their consultant, she joined the Schumacher & Bauer team part time in 2017 and then became their full time COO in early 2020. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her two daughters Morgan and Taylor.

Heidi Johnston
Patient Care Coordinator
Heidi moved to Columbus from Troy, Ohio, to attend The Ohio State University. She graduated from OSU in 1985 and has lived in Columbus since. For the past 32 years, she has worked at the front desk, first for Drs. Rummel and Schumacher, then Drs. Schumacher and Bauer and currently for Drs. Bauer and Paulson. Heidi enjoys time with her friends and family, loves dogs, and of course The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Megan Wooster
Treatment Coordinator
Megan has always loved working with people and found her love of dentistry more than a decade ago. Helping to make patients smile and understand the world of dentistry is just a small part of her job that she loves! When not at work Megan loves spending time with her husband Matt, children and of course her dog. She is a foodie at heart who loves to cook, travel and spending her down time watching sports.
"My hope is that every patient leaves with more kindness and compassion because of a positive impact I am able to have on them! To quote Helen Keller, 'The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart.'"


Lindsey Craft
Treatment Coordinator
Lindsey was born in Delaware, Ohio, and still resides there. She has two beautiful boys named Cameron, 13, and Carter, 8. When not in the office, she enjoys spending all her time with family. They enjoy making visits to the humane society, doing crafts, devoting too much time at the ballpark and spending rainy days watching movies.
“I’m really dedicated to being a patient advocate. I enjoy bridging the gap between the doctors and patients when it comes to understanding treatment and bearing the burden of dealing with insurance companies for the patients.”
Alison Sanders
Hygiene Coordinator
Alison grew up in Grove City, Ohio, and has more than 20 of experience in the medical field. In her free time, she volunteers for local outreaches in the Columbus area.
“A positive attitude can be a person’s biggest asset. I enjoy exceeding patients’ expectations. From a very young age I knew I enjoyed caring for others. Most importantly, I value getting to know the patients and their families.”
