HEATHER VANVORHIS RDH

Dental Hygienist

“In my 15 years as a dental hygienist I’ve learned to really appreciate my patients; their lives matter to me as much as their dental health. I’m grateful they allow me to care for such an intricate part of them-their mouth!”

Heather loves all things beauty–including smiles! She worked as a cosmetologist for nine years before completing her degree in dental hygiene at Columbus State. She is happily married to her husband Randy and they have two sons. She spends most of free time as a spectator at her kids’ numerous sporting events. She’s become a self-appointed expert at football, baseball, and basketball! She also loves to bake or just eat baked goods!

MARY BRISKI RDH

“I appreciate the importance of developing a caring, long-term relationship with our patients. It is so important to listen, be nonjudgmental and compassionate toward patients. I am privileged to work alongside dentists who provide advanced knowledge to patients that allows them to make important decisions regarding their long-term oral health.”

Mary is a 1981 graduate from the University of Minnesota in Dental Hygiene and in 2010, she received her Local Anesthetic certification from The Ohio State University. Mary has been married to her husband Joe for 36 years. They have three grown children and two granddaughters. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family, gardening, traveling and wine tasting with friends. She chose her career in Dental Hygiene because of the enjoyment from working with people and an interest in science. The flexibility of her job has been a good balance for raising children and having an excellent career.
