Join us as we welcome Dr. Amy Lahm to the Schumacher & Bauer team!
Dr. Lahm is joining us from Powell Dental Group and has decades of experience working in dentistry. She’s been in the office with us for a few weeks now, and we’re so excited to formally announce that she’s joined the Schumacher & Bauer dental team.
Dr. Amy Lahm graduated with a bachelor’s degree in neuropsychology before she attained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2002 from the University of Michigan.
In addition to practicing with Blank Dental Group in Powell most recently, Dr. Amy Lahm has also practiced dentistry in Chicago, Milwaukee and Boulder. Dr. Lahm and her husband Michael moved to the Columbus area to be closer to family once he completed his training as a radiologist and have lived in central Ohio ever since.
Dr. Amy Lahm and her husband Michael now live in Powell with their four very active children. When she’s not working as a dentist or cheering on her children during their athletic endeavors, Dr. Lahm enjoys working out at OTF and taking ski trips in the mountains of the American West.
We’re so grateful to have an experienced dentist like Dr. Lahm joining the Schumacher & Bauer dental team. But don’t worry, Dr. Schumacher is sticking around with us as well.
Dr. Schumacher has made some well-deserved changes to his clinical hours after decades of hard work. He’ll still be working with us in the office for the next several years, just with fewer scheduled clinical hours.
Dr. Lahm will primarily be in the office seeing patients on Thursdays and Fridays. We hope you’ll have a chance to say “hello” the next time you’re in our office for a regular checkup. And of course, congratulate Dr. Schumacher on his very-deserved slight step away from scheduled hours in the office.
