Yearly Preventative Care Packages
Adult Heathy Services: $409
Adult Periodontal Services: $448
Child Services (under 17): $312
Yearly Care Packages include:
2- Preventative or maintenance cleanings with the dental hygienist
2- Restorative exams with the dentist
1- Emergency visit with the dentist
2- Oral cancer screenings
1- Set of diagnostic X-rays
