We had another great monthly staff meeting, and our practice manager would like to share a bit about our monthly staff meetings and how they help us maintain our patient-focused practice.
“The doctors (and I) use our monthly meetings to clearly and constantly communicate our vision to the team. We take the time to show our staff that we care for them. Through meeting and discussions we are able to create a supportive work environment that engages employees in all aspects of the process and treats them with the same dignity and respect that they show patients and families. That is how we maintain this excellent patient-focused practice. Full participation is expected in the team building games, which are always a lot of fun. This month we played ‘Who will cross the line first?’ We also had an ice cream truck to celebrate an expecting mother.”
Here are a few fun photos from this month’s staff meeting complete with our ice cream truck celebration.
